How can i order for large quantities of the products?

What should I do if I don’t get the invoice for my order?

We send a hard copy of the invoice in the shipments. A soft copy is also emailed to you within 24 hours of delivery in the confirmation email sent to your registered email ID.

You can also visit My Account › Orders page to get invoices for your orders.

Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

As per policy, a shipment can’t be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

What should I do if my order is approved but hasn’t been shipped yet?

We usually ship orders 2-3 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn’t been shipped within this time please contact us on contact@shoptheorie.com so that we can look into it.

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you.

Will the delivery be tried again if I’m not able to collect my order the first time?

Couriers make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can’t collect your order the first time.

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery.

You can check your SMS/Email for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again.

Can I use the Cash on Delivery payment option for every product I buy on Shop theorie?

The availability of Cash on Delivery option depends on factors like the delivery pincode, type of products etc.

Please see during checkout if CoD is available at your location. If this option is available, there is an extra charge of ₹50 if the order is less than ₹1000.

Can I use any Debit Card to pay for my order?

You can choose to pay for your order on Shop theorie with any Visa, MasterCard or Maestro Debit Card.

Can I pay with any Credit card?

You can choose to pay on Shop theorie with any Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card issued in India.

How can I order for large quantities of the product?

What is the pickup process?

Once your return or replacement or exchange request is accepted, the pickup of the originally delivered product will be scheduled.

In cases where pickup service is not available from the courier service providers at your location, you may be asked to ship the item to the seller and you will receive the refund of your shipping fees. You may also be provided with a pre-paid shipping label which you can use and courier us back.

What should I do if I find the package open or tampered on delivery?

You can request for the item to be replaced by visiting ‘My Orders’. Use the ‘Return’ option & fill out the details of the issue so that we can help you.

I’ve still not received the refund in my bank account.

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, it means that the refund has been initiated. You can also contact your bank with the ARN you would have received for an update on the status of your refund.

In the rare event of the amount not being credited by the date promised, you can contact us as we will work with the bank to get it done.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

The different refund modes available are:

1. Shop theorie Wallet
2. Back to source – The amount is refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order
3. NEFT transfer – available for all Cash-on-Delivery orders. As per policy, cash refunds are not possible

How will I get my refund for returning an item I paid for with Cash on Delivery?

For your Cash on Delivery order, you can choose the below refund modes in case you return the item:
1. Shop theorie Wallet
2. NEFT

What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the return period?

You can get in touch with us through contact us form available in the footer section. We can always discuss the best option available.

I could see the Cancel button earlier but now i can’t see it. Why?

This means that the item has already been processed and now it cannot be canceled.

But you can return the product with our easy return policy within the specified period.

Do I have to return the freebie when I return a product?

Yes, the freebie has to be returned along with the product.

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy?

No, we will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy.

Does Shop theorie ship internationally?

Currently, we deliver only in India by default.

But do contact us through the contact us form located at the footer in case you want the delivery outside India. We can always discuss the options.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Shop theorie?

No, it is not necessary to have an account but it is recommended. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

You’ll have access to a personalized shopping experience including recommendations, quicker check-out, easy returns etc.

What can I do if the balance in my wallet is not enough to pay for my order?

You can pay part of the amount through your wallet and the remaining through any other prepaid payment modes like Credit/Debit Card, and Netbanking.

How can I add a new delivery address to my account?

1. Log into your Shop theorie account
2. Go to My Account › Addresses > Manage Addresses
3. Add details of your new address
4. Choose ‘Save Changes’

What can I write in product reviews?

Customer reviews should be relevant to the product in question. The product review section on Shop theorie is for you to share your opinion on the product & for other shoppers to have an informed buying decision
