Return, Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it subject to following conditions.
In case of dissatisfaction with our services, you have the liberty to cancel your orders and request a refund from us.
Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the product you purchase.
In this Policy, the terms “we” / “us” / “our” individually and collectively refer to Shop theorie and the terms “you” /”your” / “yourself” refer to the users. This is a legally binding document between you and Us.
Till the time product is on processing stage any order can be cancelled. Once an order is shipped you would not be able to cancel it however you still can return the product as per following Return Policy.
How to Cancel
If you have placed an order and you decide to cancel it you have to go to “Orders” tab in “My Account” section to check the status.
Till the time status is “Processing” you can cancel it from “Orders”.
You must click the “cancel” button on “Order” detail page to raise cancel request.
Once we receive the cancellation request, the status will change to “Cancelled by Customer”. The order will be cancelled and we will send you cancellation of Order email. After cancellation, we will start refund process as per the below mentioned Refund policy.
However, if the Order status changes to “Shipped” which also you can see in the status under “Orders” tab then you cannot cancel the Order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have no reason to take stress because we have 3 calendar days’ easy return policy. Please read it carefully.
From the time, you receive Order (that means when you receive from courier person after signing receipt or when we receive delivered message from courier company, whichever comes first) you have three (3) calendar days to return any one or more products out of whole Order which you did not like or the whole Order as per your discretion.
If you have fulfilled conditions for Free Shipping (defined below) and you choose to return few items from your Order and Order amount reduces below the free shipping condition, then in that situation your refund will be given after deducting shipping charges for remaining items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Items need to be returned in the tamper free packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return of item should be from the address of delivery or if you want to choose a different address for return pick-up you need to contact us at Contact@shoptheirie.com for the new address. We will agree to your new address only if we find your new address eligible for return pick up. We have the discretion to refuse to your “request for the new address for return pick up”.
Once we receive request for return, we will send you a return label along with return pick-up date. When the courier service representative visits you for the pick-up, have the return documentation ready.
While returning, please paste our address and phone number.
Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned per this policy.
We may also make a deduction from any refund we owe you for use as a result of any unnecessary handling by you
Steps for return
Go to “Orders” and select the click on the Order number which you want to return – Click the return button, select the Item(s) you want to return, explain the reason for return and click Submit.
To be eligible for a free replacement, an item must be within the return window that is 3 calendar days as mentioned in Return Policy above and product should be available in stock with us. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:
- Damaged item received
- Item is missing parts or accessories
- Item received is different from what was ordered
- Defective item/does not work properly
- Product not as per the description
Note: If an eligible item is out of stock, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned product will be issued. A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.
For any exchange, firstly you have to send us reasons for exchange with a picture for proof at Contact@shoptheorie.com so that we can confirm for exchange.
- Please note that Cash on Delivery & Shipping Charges would not be included in the refund value as these are non-refundable charges.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
- You will receive the credit within 10 business days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- However, if you chose refund amount in Shoptheorie wallet same will be transferred within 2 days of approval of return.
- For Cash on Delivery, the refund will be done either in the Shoptheorie Wallet or through Bank Transfer.
- Free Shipping means any order of 500 rupees or above for all over India.
